Caddie GI is a golf intelligence platform that provides analytical tools, statistical data, predictive model outputs, and editorial content related to professional golf tournaments. Features include a Tournament Hub with live leaderboard data and win probabilities, an Edge Finder comparing model probabilities against prediction market pricing, a Research Lab with player comparison tools and full-field statistics, a Pools social competition feature, Broadcast Mode for second-screen viewing, and a weekly newsletter. Features are subject to change at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Caddie GI does not provide financial advice, wagering advice, gambling recommendations, or investment counsel of any kind. Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to place a wager, make a financial decision, or take any action with respect to prediction markets, sportsbooks, daily fantasy sports, or any other financial instrument.
Statistical probabilities, model outputs, market comparisons, and analytical tools presented on the Service are designed for the entertainment of golf fans. They are not predictions of future outcomes and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Certain features, including Pools, require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the security of your password, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at phil@caddiegi.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
Caddie GI may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.

The design, layout, selection, coordination, and arrangement of content on the Service — including original text, graphics, logos, software, analytical frameworks, and data presentations — are the property of Caddie GI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying data sourced from third-party providers remains the property of those providers and is used under their respective terms.
Certain data is sourced from third-party providers, including predictive model outputs, statistical databases, and market pricing data. Such data remains the property of the respective providers and is used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from third-party data obtained through the Service.
By submitting content to the Service (including pool names, display names, and other user-generated content), you grant Caddie GI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with operating the Service.
The Pools feature enables users to create social competitions by selecting golfer rosters and competing based on tournament performance. Pools are social entertainment features, not gambling products. No real-money wagering is conducted through Pools. Caddie GI does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of scoring data used to calculate Pool standings. You agree not to use Pools in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local gambling laws. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Pools feature at any time.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including prediction market platforms, sportsbook operators, and data providers. Caddie GI has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Caddie GI.
Statistical models, probability estimates, and analytical outputs are based on historical data and mathematical models. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Golf tournament outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caddie GI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any content obtained through the Service, or any financial losses incurred in reliance on information provided through the Service. In no event shall Caddie GI's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to Caddie GI in the preceding twelve months or one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caddie GI and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at phil@caddiegi.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caddie GI concerning the Service and supersede all prior communications regarding the Service.
